Shipping policy

Shipping

All orders are processed within 3 business days of Slick's Marine receiving an order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Order Confirmation
 
On receipt and full payment of an order, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout to confirm your order.
 
Where is my order confirmation?
 
If you did not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of successfully placing your order then you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Another reason you may not have received the email is if your ISP flagged our confirmation email as spam. 
Please contact us by email with your full name and order number and we will confirm your order.
 
All items are sent from our warehouse in QLD. 

Tracking
 
All orders are fully tracked and registered. You will be sent your tracking number as soon as it is generated. If you don't receive this number please get in contact and we will provide you with your tracking details.Â
