Refund Policy
Slick's Marine have a 14 day return policy for specified items (outlined below), which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For non-fabricated items, the 14 day return policy applies, provided that the item is unused, in original packaging. Any return postage or delivery fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
All fabricated items (including Sounder Mounts, Live Bait Tanks, Bait Boards, Side and Centre Consoles) or any item made to order are not eligible for a refund or return (unless defective or otherwise outlined under the Australian Consumer Law. Refunds may be offered by Slick's Marine for these items (at Slick's Marine discretion and in extenuating circumstances). In these cases, we have a 30% cancellation fee to cover lost stock, administration staff, packaging, restocking and other relevant costs. Postage will not be refunded, and the buyer is responsible for return delivery fees.Â

Damaged or Defective Goods
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue may be corrected.
